Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC)

As a Notary Public, commissioned in the state of Maryland and licensed as a Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor, I perform Notary Signing Agent duties as outlined in State Government Article “Title 18, Annotated Code of Maryland”.  As well as regulations contained in the Notary Public Handbook. 

I am commissioned and entitled to exercise all functions of the office of Notary Public in any county or city in the State of Maryland, regardless of the county in which I am commissioned.
